We offer a sophisticated fully managed Hosted Exchange, Hosted CRM and Hosted Sharepoint platform. This is operated within an NTT datacenter, guaranteeing Tier one access to internet. The platform is one of the most sophisticated of its kind, and features our unique Customer portal, allowing users and IT officers to easily manage profiles, permissions and access to services.

Larger clients often prefer a dedicated platform, and we build this for you, to an agreed specification, and then operate it as your outsource team. Platforms might be hosted by us or within the corporate firewall, depending on preference. Our services include active black/white list management, redundancy options and end to end monitoring and control.

If you are a Reseller, XE2’s white label platform works to enable your customers. Still the same professional service, but in your own wrapper.

Hosted Exchange

XE2 Hosted Exchange Email service gives you secure email, using Microsoft Office Outlook, all for a low cost per user per month. You can use your company’s own email address, access shared address books and amend work diaries.

All your employees’ email, calendars and contacts are securely managed, and immediately accessible. Our unique customer portal gives you online control to set permissions, add or remove users, etc. And our 24 hour customer support is there if you need help.

There are no set-up, hardware, software or support costs. Just a monthly pay as you go service. All our packages include anti virus, anti spam and data backup, and we can tailor the service to meet your requirements.

Dedicated Exchange

XE2’s dedicated Exchange 2013 is based on a single server solution supported by a 99.5% application available SLA. XE2 provide all backend management of the service including service packs, security updates, backup and restore and 24x7x365 UK based support.

This is a dedicated solution consisting of a single virtual server running on Microsoft Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V infrastructure.

The solution will offer the following access methods:

• Outlook 2013 (older versions can be supported but are not recommended)
• ActiveSync clients such as iPhone, Android and Windows Phone
• Outlook Web Application
• If required, secure POP3 and IMAP can also be enabled

The service will compose of:

• Hosted Exchange 2013 accessible from anywhere via secure connections
• Forefront Protection for Exchange anti-virus
• Backed up every hour
• Monitored 24x7x365

Client access via customer specified URL with SSL certificate e.g. owa.excel.com.

XE2 has a well-established design methodology, based on IT industry best practice, which is employed in order to architect platforms to support different SLA targets from 99.5% to 99.99%.

XE2’s services are connected to the internet via Gb connections provided by NTT, with tier 1 peering and full resilience.

All solutions are protected by load-balanced firewalls with IPS and strict firewall rules implemented to ensure only the appropriate access is granted.

The solution will be housed within NTT’s ISO27001 certified Slough (UK) data-centre. As with all our facilities this exceeds Tier III standards (the highest commercially available rating).

On premise Exchange

Our on premise Exchange service may be the right option for you if your business has already invested in enterprise-class data centre facilities and Microsoft Licensing.

As Microsoft upgrade their software, Enterprises need to continually invest in upgrading IT hardware, networking equipment, system software, which often means staff recruitment, training and higher salaries.
